2. Cancellation Process

    To cancel your subscription, please use the credit card processing portal provided by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Your account on Interaga will be automatically canceled at the conclusion of the active billing period.
  • No Refund Requests:
    Since all payments are final, we do not accept or process refund requests. This policy applies to all types of cancellations, regardless of the reason.

3. Service Disruptions and Technical Issues

  • No Warranty:
    As stated in our Terms of Service, Interaga provides its services on an "as is" basis with no warranties of service continuity or performance. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for service disruptions or technical issues.
